Vibration Press System
This system consists of automatic linkage control of high frequency vibration system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and vacuum system.
The pressing mode have both mould pressing function & paper pressing function;The paper pressing function suitable for varity of slab thickness where the punch die no require to change.
The vibration mechanism ( Press Punch) is a casting, high frequency vibration motor (3600rpm/60HZ) and a vacuum system with double root pump are used to realize high efficiency, high-speed and stable pressing slab.
The whole system is fully automatic pressing, including motor overload protection and forced stop protection to ensure the stability of the whole machine.
