Vertical Hardening Oven
This system is composed of the main body of hardening oven, the circulation heating system of the heat conducting oil, the hydraulic lifting system & the paper clamping and pushing device of the push-pull slab.
The circulation heating system of the heat conducting oil can set different oil temperature of the upper and lower layers separately according to the slab process. The oil circuit of the heat conduction plate is specially designed, and the outer layer of the hardening oven is insulated with thermal insulation cotton to ensure that the slabs are heated evenly & inlet and outlet the slab quickly.
This system can be linked with the pressing system, and the number of hardening oven layers can be customized according to the speed of the vibration press
