Automatic Calcutta Line
The whole production line consists of Calcutta body material batching system and mixing system, Calcutta gap veins material batching system and mixing system, Calcutta automatic distribution system, CNC automatic spraying system & CNC gap veins feeding system.
The whole line system is linked with each other to realize the automatic production from the BATCHING- MIXING - BODY MATERIAL FEEDING - GAP VEINS MATERIAL FEEDING - VEINS SPRAYING. Different veins of Calcutta slab can be produced by changing different Calcutta frames.
